Rental Items
904 Tote Co. rents reusable moving totes and any related accessories listed in the customer’s confirmed reservation. All rented totes, lids, dollies, labels, and accessories are referred to as “rental items.”
Please read before your delivery. These terms help us keep every tote clean, complete, and ready for the next First Coast family.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for all rental items from delivery until pickup is completed. Rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, except for normal wear from ordinary moving use.
Condition at Delivery
Rental items are delivered clean and ready to use. Please inspect them at delivery and notify 904 Tote Co. promptly if anything is damaged, missing, or unusable.
Proper Use
Rental items may not be used for hazardous materials, unsealed liquids, illegal or damaging contents, standing or climbing, outdoor storage, or any purpose other than their intended moving use. Totes must be kept protected from rain, standing water, mud, extreme heat, and other conditions that may cause damage.
Loss or Damage
The customer is responsible for rental items that are lost, stolen, altered, excessively soiled, damaged beyond normal wear, or not returned. The customer agrees to pay the reasonable cost to clean, repair, or replace affected items.
Pickup Readiness and Access
All rental items must be empty, reasonably clean, stacked together, accessible, and ready at the agreed pickup location. If items are not ready or cannot be accessed at the scheduled time, additional pickup or extension charges may apply.
Rental Period and Extensions
Standard packages include a two-week rental period unless the confirmed reservation states otherwise. Contact 904 Tote Co. before the scheduled pickup date if additional time is needed. Extensions depend on availability and may require an additional charge.
Delivery and Pickup Locations
The customer must provide safe and reasonably accessible delivery and pickup locations. The customer is responsible for providing accurate addresses, gate codes, building instructions, and other information needed to complete service.
Personal Property and Liability
904 Tote Co. is not responsible for the packing, loading, transport, storage, or condition of the customer’s belongings. Customers are responsible for packing and moving their belongings safely and for using rental items as intended.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations, refunds, credits, and schedule changes are governed by the Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
